About this project

This villa cluster consists of four villas that gracefully cascade up a gentle slope, with each villa gaining a mild elevation, hence the name "Terrace." Construction update

As of June 7, 2023, after two months of construction, significant progress has been made on the project.

The land has been completely cleared, and excavation work is finished. The majority of the sub-structure tasks have been completed as well. Construction of the columns for the first storey is underway, along with the construction of non-load-bearing concrete block walls.

The construction process is being systematically phased from the top slope downwards, and it is progressing smoothly and according to schedule.
