Arterra terrace
Arterra Terrace Bali is a secure tropical sanctuary located in Canggu
This villa cluster consists of four villas that gracefully cascade up a gentle slope, with each villa gaining a mild elevation, hence the name "Terrace." The site was carefully chosen for its north-south orientation, ensuring maximum comfort and ventilation in the tropical weather. Each villa features a private courtyard and pool.
Designed by the co-founders of renowned architecture firm Inully Limited, Arterra Terrace showcases the expertise of Architect/Developer Ar. Luther Seet. Luther's designs have received prestigious awards, including Tatler Homes Best Tropical Design 2019 and Tatler's Designer on the Rise 2021.
His extensive experience includes notable projects such as Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 and the National Gallery Singapore.
Privacy and comfort are prioritized in each villa, with visual and acoustic privacy maintained by the enclosure while the courtyard allows for ample daylight and ventilation.
The villas consist of three-bedroom units at the beginning and end, with two-bedroom units in the middle. Private roof terraces provide unobstructed views of the surroundings.
Arterra Terrace offers a private access pathway, lined with serene bamboo, leading to each of the four villas. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is a common powder room on the first floor. The roof terrace level, accessible via a sculptural spiral staircase, offers a breezy platform for customization, whether for gazebos, BBQs, or portable jacuzzis.
The first floor of the villas features an open L-shaped configuration, wrapping around a courtyard with a pool. The doors can be fully opened to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces or closed for air-conditioning. The pool includes seats that utilize the adjacent stone deck as a ledge, offering a unique "work-from-pool" option, a must for businessman and digital nomads.
Each unit of the Arterra Terrace complex is different and offered in different (2 and 3 bedroom).

As of June 7, 2023, after two months of construction, significant progress has been made on the project.
The land has been completely cleared, and excavation work is finished. The majority of the sub-structure tasks have been completed as well. Construction of the columns for the first storey is underway, along with the construction of non-load-bearing concrete block walls.
The construction process is being systematically phased from the top slope downwards, and it is progressing smoothly and according to schedule.
